Situation:
When you see the error message: "Connection impossible - Not enough Licenses. Maximum number of licenses reached," it typically means that one or more users weren't properly logged out, and BuyManager still counts them as active users.

Solution: Disconnecting all users

1. Start Buymanager to get to the login page

2. Check Current Connections
- Click "More..."
- Select "Who is connected."
- Note the number of active users and licenses

- Let your colleague know to save their work, as they will all be disconnected.

3. Disconnect Users
- Return to "More..."
- Select "Activate license."
- Type: DisconnectAllUsers

- Click "Activate licenses" repeatedly until you see "All users have been disconnected." You usually will have to click as many times as the number of licenses connected. If the system shows 5 licenses connected, you will need to click 5 times until the "All users have been disconnected" message appears.
