The goal of the Buymanager ERP sync Scheduler is to automatically or manually help users upload the data through a TXT, CSV, or XLSX file.
How to access the Buymanager Scheduler?
- Open "BM_Scheduler_64.exe"
- If you want to manually upload or upload for test can use the admin account to open "Buymanager_64.exe " >> Deals >> Database >> Data Uploads

Buymanager Scheduler Interface
- Scheduler n°: It means the first Scheduler number; you can create another one to execute a different Scheduler.
- Create a new scheduler: Create another scheduler
- Execute: Manually execute for all the uploads of the ERP upload templates if the active is ticked
- Create an add a wizard: Create an ERP upload template
- Add an existing wizard: Add an existing ERP upload template
- Windows Scheduler section: Not maintained anymore
- Description: Scheduler description
- Upload folder location: ERP exported raw data file path (user and server, please make the same path)
- Sort number : The order of upload, need to follow the order in the example to upload the file, otherwise the upload will be a lot of error.
- Upload wizard name : ERP sync template name
- Active: If is Ticketed means this template will upload
- File to Import : The upload file name (Need to be exactly the same file name inculde the .txt or .xlsx)
- Upload template used: ERP sync template used in upload
- File to upload : The ERP sync template type, for examlpe : Article_Liste = Part list
- Configure and run: Manully upload icon
