Supplier Ranking Export

We have an exciting new function “Supplier Ranking Export“ in Buymanager V4.4. This function will according to the lead time status, quoted prices, supplier reply date… etc to help users automatically rank suppliers, so user could have more detail information to communicate and negotiate with suppliers. Also, this function could filter based on deal creation date, customer …etc to let users could have a better overview of parts quoted status. How to process Supplier Ranking Export?

  1. Open Buymanager and Login with Buymanager user
  2. Go to "RFQ" section
  3. Press "Supplier Ranking Export"
  4. Set the filter for the export file
  1.  
    • Deal creation date from: User could set the deal creation to filter data
    • Only for customer: User could filter data per customer
    • Deal code from: User could set the deal unique code range
    • Decimal separator: User could choose different decimal for the data

      • 1,000.00 (Default)
      • 1000.00

5. After setting the filter user could choose a local place to save the export file Example of the export file:

Definition of the Supplier Rank Export columns:

Deal code : Unique code for the deal, user can find it in deal front page "code"
Deal description : Name of the Deal ex: Usually is the product description
Deal creation date : The deal creation date
Deal customer code : Unique code for the customer
Deal customer name : Customer for whom one has to deal
Plant code : Unique code for the plant in this deal
Part code : Unique code for the component
Part description : Name of the component
Manufacturer code (Requested) : Unique code for the manufacturer - request by user
Manufacturer name (Requested) : Name of the manufacturer - request by user
Manufacturer Ref (Requested) : Manufacturer reference number - request by user
Qty : Request quantity for the part
Supplier code : Unique code for the supplier
Supplier name : Name of the supplier
RFQ # : RFQ part number: Unique code for RFQ
RFQ Send date : The date that user sent the RFQ
Supplier submission deadline : The deadline that user sent to the Supplier
Quotation # : Unique code for the quotation
Quotation date : The date that supplier reply for quotation
No bid : Empty price for the part
Price in supplier currency : The price that in supplier currency and it is linked to the multiplicator unit
Unit multiplicator : Depending on the type of unit, if the unit is in pair it will multiplicator for 2 and so on Note: The unit multiplicator divide the price in supplier currency
Unit Price in supplier currency : The unit price in supplier currency = Price in supplier currency / Unit multiplicator
Supplier Currency : The currency that supplier replied
Currency Rate : The currency rate
Unit price in(USD) : The unit price in USD
UoM : The unit type for the part, ex: pieces, pair …etc
MOQ : Minimum order quantity
MPQ : Minimum package quantity
Leadtime (Calendar days) : Part Lead time
Quoted Manufacturer name : Name of the manufacturer - replied by supplier
Quoted Manufacturer Ref : Manufacturer reference number - replied by supplier
Incoterm : Incoterm - replied by supplier
Front End Site : Place of delivery - replied by supplier, is linked to the incoterm depend if DAP, DDU ,FOB …etc
Quote status : The supplier reply quote if is on time or late
Part/Manufacturer Minimum Price : Minimum price by manufacturer per part.
Part/Manufacturer Ranking Position : The ranking by Price/MOQ/MPQ/Leadtime/Reply time received from suppliers for the same part and same manufacturer. Ranking order: 1 is the best rank, 2 is second and so on for the same items.
Part/Manufacturer Ranking Classification : It’s a ranking percentage for Price/MOQ/MPQ/Leadtime/Reply time received from suppliers for the same part and same manufacturer. Ranking order : 0% is the best rank, 0-5% is second and so on for the same items
Part Minimum Price : Minimum price per part. (Unrelated manufacturer)
Part Ranking position : The ranking by Price/MOQ/MPQ/Leadtime/Reply time received from suppliers for the same part. Ranking order: 1 is the best rank, 2 is second and so on, regardless of the manufacturer
Part Ranking classification : It’s a ranking percentage for Price/MOQ/MPQ/Leadtime/Reply time received from suppliers for the same part. Ranking order: 0% is the best rank, 0-5% is second and so on, r regardless of the manufacturer
