This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to verify who's connected and force all active users to disconnect from your Buymanager system. This is a critical administrative function necessary for certain maintenance tasks.
Who is connected
1. Verify all users are disconnected
Start Buymanager to get to the login page
Check Current Connections
Click "More..."
Select "Who is connected?"
Disconnect All Users

2. Check Current Connections
- Click "More..."
- Select "Who is connected."
- Note the number of active users and licenses
- Let your colleague know to save their work, as they will all be disconnected.
3. Disconnect Users
- Return to "More..."
- Select "Activate license."
- Type: DisconnectAllUsers
- Click "Activate licenses" repeatedly until you see "All users have been disconnected." You usually will have to click as many times as the number of licenses connected. If the system shows 5 licenses connected, you will need to click 5 times until the "All users have been disconnected" message appears.
