The complementary description appears in the RFQ when you want to describe the part line or when you want the supplier give you a price for different condition. Sample n°1 :
You request suppliers for quotation on one or more needs with different quantities on differentes years of cotation.
Exemple n°2 :
You request supplier on 2 Items with only 1 quantity but you want to know the price if you buy only one of the two items and the price of the both.

How to duplicate some items with the add of complementary description ?
- Open RFQ
- Select items you want to duplicate
- Use the tool "Duplicate selected items" and specify you want to add a complementary description
- A little windows opens and allows you to key-in the complementary description to add to the items to duplicate
- After key-in the complementary description and valid, duplicate Items lines appears with complementary description.
How to upload a quotation with complementary description ?
This kind of quotation upload itselft as standart quotations The selection of quotation according to the complementary description will be done in the costing.
How complementary description appears in costing ?
You upload differents quotation with complementary description. To allow users to see the differents quotations with there complementaries descriptions Buymanager add it on the description of the quotation (See same below). Sample : 
How to valuate costing taking in account specific complemantary description ?
In the automatic valuation, Buyers can use as Price strategy "Select with priority". Then they key in a non null priority to the complementary description they want to use.
